Is the survey and quote really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation at the end of it. We come out, measure up, tell you what the job actually involves and put one itemised written price in front of you. If you decide not to go ahead that is fine, and you will not get chased about it afterwards.
Who will turn up to the survey?
Kevin or James, and whoever comes out is one of the two people who will do the work. There is no sales rep, no commission and no laptop presentation. If we think the job is not worth doing, or that a repair beats a replacement, we will say so.
Do you charge for coming out to Blackpool or further afield?
No. Blackpool, Bispham, Cleveleys, Thornton, Poulton-le-Fylde, Fleetwood, Lytham, Kirkham, Garstang and the surrounding areas are all covered with no call out charge for a survey. If you are outside that, ring and ask, because we do travel for the right job.
